I really just want to serve the lord but BC of my greed

I really just want to serve the lord but BC of my greed to eat what I choose w/o restraints or control I'm physically and mentally unhealthy. I want Jesus. I want to please him but I took this sin lightly now I'm unsure if he will save me again and heal me BC it's my only way of seeking him.
