I pray to you Lord Jesus to bless my dear friend ### in ###. She is like a sister to me and we are both suffering bad bouts of depression, anxiety, hopelessness and overall spiritual oppression. It's hard for us to get out of our heads and be present. The mental wheels of worry keep turning and we're left physically incapacitated at times. I pray day by day we can experience life and be present without the grasp of self bondage holding us back.

I know we all have our crosses to bear in life Lord. You bore yours with such strength and grace and are an inspiration.
