I pray to lose weight and to burn all of my extra stomach, arm, and leg fat. By the blood and the authority of Jesus Christ of ###. I will eat clean everyday, workout everyday, and have a solid routine everyday. Amen.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, I come to you on behalf of ###, asking for your help in his journey to lose weight and burn off the extra fat in his stomach, arms, and legs. I pray that you would give him the strength and willpower to eat clean, work out, and stick to a solid routine each day. Help him to stay motivated and encouraged, and to have faith that he can reach his goals.
