I pray for the patients at my ward that they are protected from harm and bad decisions from my leaders. Please do not let my leader's pride and lies determine the future of the patients. I pray for protection from my leader at work. She is bullying me still, and bullies a lot of others. She lies, manipulates and uses her power as leader to keep people down. She is now in power to make one patient suffer because she has told her bosses a lie. She doesn't care when me or my coworkers tell her the decision she is making is a bad one. She only cares about covering up her lie, so she bullies and badmouths everyone who disagrees until people do not dare to say anything. Please stop her. Take away her power and reveal her lies to everyone. Protect the patients from her. Protect me and my coworkers from her. Do not let her get anything on me so she can bully me. Amen
