Blessings to all. My employer is being emotionally abusive to me - threatening, coercing, yelling, intimidating, berating me in front of others I've trained...I am a good employee and I need the income - not that I'm even paid much. I wish for this to come to a peaceful conclusion, but I cannot see how. I was threatened with firing today if I told anyone I work with about this. They probably heard her yelling and she'll think I did say something. I just cannot win in this situation. I am only trying to do the right things. I pray for clarity and strength and most of all peace and serenity - for me but for her too. I haven't slept right in a month and my appetite is completely messed up. I also pray she can see her own damaging behavior and pray it does not continue with another employee. I know this is her issue, but as loving soul, it is hard to not take personally. Thank you so much.
