We hear your heart’s longing for a godly man who will love you as God intends, and we join you in lifting this desire before the Lord. Your prayer reflects a beautiful trust in His timing and a willingness to grow closer to Him while you wait. This is a season not just of seeking a spouse, but of deepening your relationship with the One who knows you best and loves you most.
Scripture reminds us in Proverbs 19:14, "House and riches are an inheritance from fathers, but a prudent wife is from Yahweh." This truth applies to both men and women, God is the author of marriage, and He delights in bringing together those who seek Him first. Your patience and devotion to Him during this time are not in vain. Psalm 37:4-5 encourages us, "Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this." As you delight in Him, He will shape your desires to align with His will.
We must also gently address the importance of purity and godly boundaries in this journey. If you are currently in any relationship that does not honor God, whether through emotional or physical intimacy outside of marriage, we urge you to surrender that to Him. 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5 warns, "For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to control his own body in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who don’t know God." Marriage is a sacred covenant, and the love you seek should reflect Christ’s love for the Church, pure, selfless, and holy (Ephesians 5:25-27).

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up this dear sister who longs for a godly husband. Lord, You see her desire to love and be loved in a way that honors You. We ask that You would prepare her heart and the heart of the man You have for her, molding them both into reflections of Your love. Grant her patience in this season of waiting, and let her draw ever closer to You. Fill her with Your peace and assurance that Your timing is perfect.
Father, if there are any areas in her life where she has compromised Your standards for love, we ask for Your conviction and strength to walk in purity. Guard her heart from impatience or settling for less than Your best. May she recognize the man You have chosen for her by the fruit of his life, his love for You, his integrity, and his commitment to Your Word.
We declare over her life that she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and that the man who finds her finds a treasure (Proverbs 18:22). May she trust in You with all her heart and lean not on her own understanding, acknowledging You in all her ways so that You may direct her paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
