I need your opinions as well as prayers

Greetings family. I have a question and I hope that some of you can give me some insight. As some of you know, I have been removed from a position in the Army which I considered a very good position. I was convinced that God put me there since the position has come around twice. Well I went back to my old position today but was called back down to the "good position" because my replacement was not yet here. It is really frustrating to me because all I want to do is to be settled. I ask for God's favor and that He settles me because I have been here almost four months and I keep going back and forth. I would just like some opinions on this situation so I will know how to continue to pray. Thank you. Love you all.

steph...it's funny, well it's not ha ha funny but you know what i mean. you being moved around, back and forth....is just like our walk with christ. we are moved back and forth and forward and sideways and this way and that. we strive for comfort at times, we want to be settled and stationary....but you know what....if you aren't moving, you aren't growing. the lord is showing you that in your spiritual walk with him, you will be tossed about like a ship on a stormy sea....you will have bad times and you will have good times and sometimes, both at the same moment. take heart stephanie....god loves you and always remember jesus is that lighthouse that we can look to when our ship is tossed around. jesus will make a way for you wherever he sees fit, it maybe that you will be moved back each week until your enlistment runs out, who knows....main thing is that you are a child of god, nothing else matters. i respect your service to our country, i respect you as a christian as well and i'm proud to call you a friend. god bless you steph.

Keep doing what you are doing and don't get discouraged. Maybe they realized that they made a mistake in moving you in the first place. Whatever the outcome, know that you are a child of God with all power. Keep praising God. (I sing hymns to myself when I need a pick me up.) You are a wonderful woman of God.

God's ways are not always our ways. He may have reasons for this temporary moving back and forth above human understanding. The Lord calls us to be an obedient people, listening closely to His voice and learning to trust in all circumstances. If the circumstances would be always as we expect them, there would be no need of learning to increase our level of trust...

You will be all right, and He will allow you to settle soon!

I wish I had answers or opinions... But it seems that you are doing all the right things. Whatever is happening, I know God's in control. I've been in situations like that where I had no idea why things kept going back & forth... but for some reason, it all worked out in the end. Blessings to you & I'm praying for you!
