I need, want, to lose weight, fat, and tone my body. I want to be in the best shape of my life and I pray for discipline, dedication, determination, and drive like I have never had in my life. I pray that I realize my strength and how strong I am. I pray that I don't fall off and stop this time. I pray that I am able to eat the right foods, drink lots of water, and work out in the morning and when I get off without any hesitation. I pray that when I go on my business trip next month I have already lost 30 pounds and I pray that I am able to help other people from how I lost the weight. I pray that I get down to 135 and toned before the summer of this year and it's an inspirational story for all. Please remove this fat and obesity from my waistline and my stomach Lord please remove these fibroids from my body Lord right now in the name of Jesus! I claim all of this in Jesus Name!!! Victory is yours Lord this is your TEMPLE! Amen!
