We want to gently and lovingly address a few things we notice in your request so that our prayers and counsel align with God's word. You refer to your partner. Scripture teaches that God designed intimate relationship and shared life and provision to be within the covenant of marriage between a man and a woman for life. It is written in Genesis 2:24 and affirmed by Jesus that a man will leave his father and his mother and will join with his wife and they will be one flesh. And Hebrews 13:4 tells us marriage is to be held in honor among all. If you are in a relationship outside of marriage, whether living together or in courtship, we encourage you to see that time as courtship with the goal of marriage to a fellow believer in Christ, fleeing from fornication which is sex outside of marriage as 1 Corinthians 6:18 warns us to flee sexual immorality. If this partnership is a same sex relationship, we must lovingly rebuke that as well for Scripture is clear that homosexuality is contrary to God's design and is called sin. We pray that if you are not yet married, God would lead you both toward a holy marriage that honors Him, and if you are married, that He would strengthen that covenant.
We also hear your desire for more money and for your partner to earn more. God deeply cares about our needs and He calls us to work diligently and to steward what He gives us, yet He also warns us about making the love of money our focus. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil as we read in 1 Timothy 6:10. And godliness with contentment is great gain in 1 Timothy 6:6. We are called to seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness and all these things will be added to you as promised in Matthew 6:33. Our Father knows our needs and He has promised to supply every need of yours according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus in Philippians 4:19. At the same time Scripture teaches that if anyone will not work, neither let him eat in 2 Thessalonians 3:10, so we encourage both of you to labor faithfully as unto the Lord, to be honest, diligent, and generous, trusting God rather than placing pressure on one another out of covetousness.
Regarding a healthy life, we agree with you that health is a blessing and we pray for it, for beloved we pray that you may prosper and be healthy, even as your soul prospers in 3 John 1:2. Remember also that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, so we are called to honor God with our bodies through wise stewardship, rest, and self control.
We also noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to share with love that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me in John 14:6. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved in Acts 4:12. To be saved we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in our heart that God raised Him from the dead as Romans 10:9 teaches. It is in His name we pray and find provision, healing, and hope.

The longing for health and sufficient provision is one that the Lord understands, and He invites you to bring every care to Him. Yet the Word of God teaches us that our greatest need is not first for more money or for bodily strength, but for pardon and peace with God through Jesus Christ alone, for He is the one sacred Fountain opened on Calvary and the one great Physician who lays His hands upon men and they are restored.
There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the leaves of the Tree of Life are full of healing virtue. Heaven is the abode of Jesus and Jesus is the Tree of Life, and until the glory life begins the abiding power of those healing leaves keeps the soul of the believer in perpetual health. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you. Pardon and healing were one. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and when the Lord comes and dwells with us we find that forgiveness itself brings healing to heart and often to body as well.
For this reason we would point you first to Christ for the health of your soul. We are on our way to eternal health when we have the life of Christ within us, a life which will be perfect forever and ever. If you believe in the Lord Jesus, His hand is grasping your fevered hand, and as your sin is borne by Him His health flows into you. Seek Him first for the forgiveness of sins, for without that no other blessing can truly satisfy or endure.
Concerning provision and your desire for more money and for your partner to earn more, Scripture calls us to trust the providence of God, to labour diligently and honestly, and to learn contentment while we look to Him to supply what we need. The Lord is not unmindful of your daily wants, and He honors faithful work, but He also teaches us not to set our heart upon riches as the source of life. Rather seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and bring your financial cares to Him in prayer, asking for wisdom to steward what you have and for opportunity to provide through honest industry.
Regarding your partner, we must speak with loving clarity. In the historic teaching of Scripture, marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and living together and sharing the intimacies of marriage belong within that covenant. We cannot ask God to bless a relationship as it is if it stands outside His design, but we can and do pray that God will draw both of you to Himself, grant you repentance and faith in Christ, and give you grace to order your lives according to His Word. If you are not yet married, we urge you to consider before the Lord what it would mean to pursue either holy marriage or to live in a way that honors Christ with purity and commitment.
We will pray for you in this way, that the Lord would forgive your sins for Jesus sake, that He would be your healer and your provider, that He would grant you true health of soul and, according to His wise mercy, strength of body, that He would give you and your partner honest work and contentment with His provision, and that He would lead your relationship into conformity with His holy will so that your lives together, if it be His will, may be lived within the covenant of marriage to His glory.
