You are not alone. You are always in God's loving embrace. I find I best hear God in silence and prayer. God has brought me closer to Him through my trials. He has taught me to speak out against the devil. It helps fight sadness and sinful thoughts. My prayers are with you.

### I would urge you to look and see how good the Lord is, He will sustain you and keep you all the day. For me personally, when I give thanks for all the little things I have that wouldn't be possible without Him, I have the hardest time staying depressed. I hope this helps friend!!
