I Need the word of God live in my Situation

I am trusting God for his word to come to pass in my life. Know I am not barren and I want God to work on my patience to wait on his time. I believe the book of Ecce 3 : 14, God gives and add no sorrow. I want a set of twin at once with patience it is going to be possible.
