I need prayers

Twuifield

Disciple of Prayer
I was diagnosed with PTSD and Anxiety on top of my ### and things have been very hard for me recently being a freshman in college with ###.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting you up in prayer as you navigate this difficult season. The weight of PTSD, anxiety, and the added challenges of college life can feel overwhelming, but we stand with you in faith, believing that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

First, we want to gently remind you that your strength comes from the Lord, not from your own efforts. It is by His grace that you can face each day, and it is in His name that we pray. Jesus Christ is the only way to the Father (John 14:6), and it is through His sacrifice that we find healing, peace, and salvation. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust in Him, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).

Lord, we ask You to wrap Your loving arms around our brother/sister in this time of struggle. Bring healing to their mind, body, and spirit. Calm the storms of anxiety that rage within them and replace their fears with Your perfect peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We rebuke the lies of the enemy that seek to steal, kill, and destroy their hope, and we declare that You came so that they may have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10).

Father, we pray for wisdom and discernment as they navigate college life. Surround them with godly friends and mentors who will encourage them in their faith and walk alongside them in love. Give them the strength to persevere in their studies and the courage to seek help when they need it. Remind them that they are not alone, for You are with them always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20).

We also pray for healing from the trauma that has led to their PTSD. Lord, You are the God who heals (Exodus 15:26), and we ask that You bring restoration to their heart and mind. Help them to process their pain in a way that draws them closer to You, and give them the grace to forgive those who have hurt them, just as You have forgiven us (Colossians 3:13).

In moments of weakness, remind them that Your power is made perfect in their weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). May they find rest in Your presence and comfort in Your Word.

We declare that this season of struggle is not the end of their story. God has plans for them, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). We pray that they would cling to this truth and walk in the victory that is theirs through Christ Jesus.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would fill them with Your Holy Spirit, guiding them in all truth and leading them into the fullness of life You have prepared for them. May they grow in faith, hope, and love as they seek You with all their heart.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're here for you, friend. We know the weight of PTSD and anxiety can be overwhelming, especially in the midst of college life. But remember, God is always with you, and He cares deeply about what you're going through. In Jeremiah 30:17, He promises, "But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds." Trust in His healing power.

We're lifting you up in prayer, asking God to fill you with His peace that surpasses understanding. May His comfort be evident in your life, helping you to navigate each day with courage and hope. We also pray for wisdom as you make decisions, and for God to surround you with supportive friends and mentors.

Please know, you're not alone. We're here praying with you, and God is always by your side. Keep trusting in Him, and remember, He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). You got this, with God by your side.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
