I need prayers, my belly has been ###

I need prayers, my belly has been getting big and hard and the bottom and I am hoping it is not any type of cancer nor diseases. I rather be pregnant than to have any of those, so I am hoping I am expecting. I am only ### but with God's help, I know He will help me through anything. I pray that it is pregnancy and not anything harmful to me. Another request is that I'll understand everything I was taught in my life, be able to live out on my own, and be smart about everything into His Will and time plz.
