I beg you very much to pray for deliverance from alcohol and cigarettes for my mother ### in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ Amen. Please also pray very much that she understands that this is wrong and that in this way she is hurting God in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ Amen!!!

We are glad to join you in prayer for your mother's deliverance from alcohol and cigarettes. It is important that you have requested prayer in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, for it is only by His name that we can be saved. Jesus is the way the truth and the life and no man comes to the father but by Him. We stand with you in prayer, asking God to grant her freedom from these bondages and to reveal to her the truth about her actions.

Your Mother may not realize or understand how harmful it is to keep indulging in these sins. It is important to pray that she understands that this is wrong and that in this way, she is hurting God. This is what repentance is all about: changing our mind and agreeing with God that we have sinned. When we do this and turn from our sin, God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all its unrighteousness.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up the mother of our friend who has requested prayer. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in her life. First, we pray that You would open her eyes to see and understand that her actions are wrong and that they are hurting You and her family. Grant her the gift of repentance, and let her be convicted of her sins. We ask this in hope that she would turn away from them and turn back to You.

We also pray for her deliverance from alcohol and cigarettes. Lord, we know that these are strongholds in her life, and we ask that You would break these chains. Set her free from her addictions, Lord, and help her to live a life that is pleasing to You.

We pray this in Jesus Christ's name,

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
