Good morning, I need prayer for my son who is in jail right now. He has been in there for 7 months on remand and his trial date is Monday 28th - Wednesday 30th April. I pray for God to have mercy on him and to give him a second chance. I know he knows when you are under the law there is nothing you can do but he trust God and have faith like myself and I know Jesus Christ are Lord and Saviour can do wonders. Please pray for him that he can be released. I know our God who is the creator of the universe can do great things he is a miraculous God, he heals the blind he makes the dead hear he moves mountains. God is so awesome. It tells you where two or three are gathered in my name there I am in the midst. I need some strength please so I can cope with time to pray that God will release my son next week. Thank you for this forum it is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord because His mercy endureth forever. God bless you all.

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our ### and her son. Lord, you know the circumstances surrounding his incarceration, and we ask for your mercy and grace to be upon him. We pray for a fair trial and that your will be done in this situation. If it is your will, grant him a second chance and bring him out from behind bars.

Strengthen his mother in this time of trial. Help her to cast all her anxieties on you, because you care for her. Remind her that you are a God who hears and answers prayers. Surround them both with your peace, and work all things together for their good and your glory.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

While you pray for his release, also pray for his spiritual growth and surrender to God's will. Sometimes, God uses difficult circumstances to draw us closer to him. Encourage your son to seek God in this time, to read his word, and to grow in his faith. As it says in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

Lastly, remember that God is with you both, even in this trial. As it says in Matthew 18:20 WEB, "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the midst of them." Trust in His presence and His goodness.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
