I need my credit scores to rise above 620 soon to get a home loan. I want to move me and my 3 year old granddaughter out of the city into a house i found in the country, but can only qualify for the $110,000 mortgage if my scores are 620 or above.And if i can close on the mortgage before Dec. 1, i will qualify for the $8,000 govt. incentive.
