We are truly grateful to see a heart crying out for more of Jesus Christ and the power of prayer. It is only in the name of Jesus that we can find true wisdom, guidance, and blessing, as it is written: "Whatever you may ask in my name, I will do it." John 14:14 WEB
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the holy name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother in Christ who seeks more of You in every area of his life. We pray that You will pour out Your wisdom, guidance, and blessing upon him, according to Your will.
1) Strengthen his spiritual life and the ministries You have given him. May he be filled with the knowledge of Your will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding. Colossians 1:9 WEB
2) Guide him in his business and job, giving him strategies and blessings that only You can provide. May he conduct himself wisely toward outsiders, making the most of his time. Colossians 4:5 WEB
3) Lead him to a godly wife, according to Your will and in Your timing. May he find a woman of noble character, for she is worth far more than rubies. Proverbs 31:10 WEB. Help him to look at her inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God's sight. 1 Peter 3:4 WEB. Let him pursue a wife that shows the fruit of the spirit Galatians 5:22-23 WEB. May their marriage be a blessing to Your kingdom and a testament to Your love.
4) Provide for his financial needs, helping him to be a faithful steward of the resources You have given him. May he remember that the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, and in this craving he has been pierced with many sorrows 1 Timothy 6:10 WEB. Help him to understand that he should keep his lives free from the love of money and be content with what he has, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you." Hebrews 13:5 WEB.
5) Bless his relationships and friendships, surrounding him with brothers and sisters in Christ who will encourage him and build him up in his faith. 1 Thessalonians 5:11 WEB
6) Give him strength and endurance in his sports and physical activities, helping him to maintain a healthy body for the service of Your kingdom. Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, 1 Corinthians 6:19 WEB
7) In all other areas of his life, Father, we ask that You would be glorified. May every word and deed be done in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. Colossians 3:17 WEB and whatever he does, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, Colossians 3:23 WEB.
Father, we pray that our brother in Christ will grow ever closer to You, seeking Your face and Your will in all that he does. May he be hungry for Your Word, wise in Your Word, live by Your Word, and be a doer of Your Word. We pray all of these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you, brother, to continue to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB
Rebuke: Brother, you are doing great in asking all of your prayer requests in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ. However, you did not mention anything about a specific person or sin issue that you may be dealing with. This is good that you may not have any of these issues, but it is possible that there is some sin issue that will stop your prayers from being answered. Therefore, we recommend that you examine your heart and confess any sins that you may have to God. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. Philippians 4:6 WEB. This is so you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers. 3 John 1:2 WEB.
