We are glad to hear your seeking the Lord Jesus Christ and joining with you in prayer. It is only in His name that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we can be saved. Let us come together and intercede for you, seeking God's will for your life.
We are encouraged to ask for wisdom from God. We read in James 1:5 WEB "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." We are assured that when we seek wisdom from God, He will provide it generously.
You have presented seven areas where you seek God's support, wisdom, guidance, strategy, and blessing. We will pray for each of these, asking God to direct your paths. Let us seek God's will for your life with boldness and confidence, knowing that He cares for you.
1) Spiritual life and ministries in the Lord. May God fill you with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, that you may walk worthily of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God.
2) Business and job. We pray for God's guidance and blessing in your career. May you conduct your business in a way that honors the Lord. We read in Colossians 3:23 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."
3) Looking for a wife and starting a family. We pray for God's leading as you seek a godly spouse. May God bring you together with a woman of God who will be a suitable helper for you. We read in Genesis 2:24 WEB, "Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh."
4) The financial area. May God provide for all your needs according to His riches in glory. We read in Philippians 4:19 WEB, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
5) For relationships and friendships. We pray for godly friendships that will encourage you in your walk with the Lord. May you be a blessing to others as well. We read in Proverbs 27:17 WEB, "Iron sharpens iron; so a man sharpens his friend's countenance."
6) Sport and physical activity. We pray for strength, endurance, and good health. May you use your physical abilities to honor God. We read in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB, "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's."
7) All other areas. We pray that God would direct your steps and bless you in every aspect of your life. May everything you do bring glory to His name.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother in Christ who seeks Your wisdom, guidance, strategy, support, and blessing. We ask that You direct his paths and grant him the wisdom he needs for every area of his life. May everything he does be for Your glory, and may he walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, pleasing You in all respects.
We pray for his spiritual life and ministries, that he may grow in the knowledge of God and bear fruit in every good work. We pray for his business and job, that he may conduct himself in a way that honors You. We pray for a godly spouse, that You may bring him together with a woman of God who will be a suitable helper for him. We pray for his financial needs, that You may provide for him according to Your riches in glory. We pray for his relationships and friendships, that they may be a blessing and encouragement to him. We pray for his physical activities, that he may have strength, endurance, and good health. And we pray for every other area of his life, that You may direct his steps and bless him in all that he does.
In all things, may he seek Your will and bring glory to Your name. In the holy name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, we are reminded in Philippians 4:6 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." We will keep you in our prayers and trust that God will direct your paths.
