I Need Help!

I was out of the country for two weeks, I was out of my environment, out of my routine, away from church, and I slacked on my prayer time and in my time in the Lord and in the word. I feel a heaviness on me. I feel old habbits seeping in. I dont want to go back to my former life in darkness away from my sweet Jesus. I feel alone!
