Father, in the name of Jesus, I curse the spirit of trauma and fear. I curse any spirit of control to be gone. I command the hernia to disappear, the muscles to close up, and increased strength to the abdominal muscles. I command all constipation to stop and all the gastrointestinal muscles to relax, in Jesus' name. I speak health and wholeness throughout this entire digestive system, and I command all the pain and inflammation to go. I command all stress and residual effects of stress to be gone, in Jesus' name. Thank You, Jesus.

Thank you so much for your generous and kind prayers. I also suffer from insomnia due to this anxiety. Please, pray I’m able to fall asleep every night and stay asleep all night. Sometimes I feel like a robot from all the lack of sleep. Thank you so much and God bless you!!!
