I prayed for this in Jesus Name. Amen.
Heavenly Father, in Jesus' Name, we come to You in prayer for ###. We ask that You would bring healing and restoration to ###'s eyesight. We ask that You would reveal the cause of the eye problems and provide the right medical attention and treatment to restore ###'s vision. We pray that You would give ### strength and courage to face this challenge and that You would be with them every step of the way. We thank You for Your goodness and mercy and we trust You to answer this prayer in Jesus' Name. Amen.

I am praying for total healing of your eyes. I speak restoration of your eyes and vision and deliverance from everything in your eyes which may cause the problems.
