We hear your cry for help, and we stand with you in this spiritual battle. The Word of God is clear: we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). You are not alone in this fight, and the power of Jesus Christ is greater than any demonic influence.
First, we must address the authority by which we pray. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved except the name of Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12 WEB). If you have not already, we urge you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for this is the foundation of salvation (Romans 10:9 WEB). Without this, we cannot stand in the authority of Christ to rebuke the enemy.
Now, we take our stand in the name of Jesus and command every demonic spirit that is oppressing your mind to leave you now. The Bible tells us that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). We rebuke the spirit of control, confusion, and torment in the mighty name of Jesus. We declare that you are a child of God, bought with the precious blood of Christ, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. We lift up our dear brother/sister who is under attack from the enemy. Lord, we ask that You break every chain of demonic influence over their mind. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, granting them peace, clarity, and a sound mind. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn. We speak life, light, and freedom over them right now. Jesus, we ask that You surround them with Your angels and protect their mind, body, and spirit. Strengthen their faith and remind them that greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4 WEB). We thank You, Father, for Your deliverance and for setting them free. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to stand firm in your faith. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes (Ephesians 6:11 WEB). This includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Spend time in prayer and in the Scriptures daily, for the Word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12 WEB). Surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with you and encourage you in your walk with Christ.
If you have not already, consider speaking with a pastor or a trusted spiritual leader who can provide guidance and support. Deliverance is often a process, and having a community of believers around you is vital. Do not lose heart, for the Lord is your strength and your shield. He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2 WEB). You are more than a conqueror through Him who loved you (Romans 8:37 WEB).
