I Miss ###

Dear God,

It's been 6 months now, since my ex broke up with me. I can't stop thinking about him, I'm confused right now. I want to forget about him but then there's a part of me that doesn't want to. If there is a possibility that me and him can work things out in the future, can you please show me a sign of some sort. Or a sign to just move on with my life and one day meet someone new.

Lord I ask that you help this person. Heal her broken heart. I understand how she feels lord my heart is broken as well and I'm asking for you to heal us both lord for I believe you will. Lord show her the right person that person that will be a life companion for her. If it is her ex lord then unite them together in some way. If it's your will. If not lord show her the right person. Hi ###, hope this day finds you in good repair.

This verse by Paul to the Corinthians is a tough one. It along with some words in red helped me to remain single after my wife died a year ago. I don't know your age, but I was able (and, of course, it's an ongoing process) for the first time in my life (I'm a very young 62) remain in solitude and allow my God to bring me into His perfect plan for my life. I was married 4 times.

Anyway, just felt a little urge to share this for what it's worth. If none of it does not apply, then just ignore it.

However, let it be known that I love you in Christ and am praying for your situation. I pray for you to become closer and closer to your Creator in your life's journey.
