I live at a property that has never been maintained by the owner. A few months ago, he hired a management who now want us to sign an addendum that under law, is only given to tenants who are preparing to move into a property. We have been here ### years, so the document should not be given to us. Furthermore, the document was mailed and received unsigned and undated.
