That's the first step to acknowledge the sin against another. Have you truly repented and turned from the wicked way, and ask Christ your creator to give you wisdom in the matter? If you can go to the person and tell them what's in your heart, and if they forgive you then that's great, but if they don't give them to God, for he knows how to heal, restore. First make it right with your Savior, then ask man to forgive you.
Ask God why you hurt the guy, and get to the root of the real problem.
So you can be restored and be made whole. And remember he forgives, and he still loves you.
