I have the Attorney's Fees and Cost Trial Tomorrow

Tribe of Judah

Disciple of Prayer
Today I submitted the Code Enforcement Violation Summary to the trial judge for tomorrow, it exposes the landlord lied under penalty of purjury and that the Attorney's knew about it. I also emailed it to the Appeals Department. After receiving confirmation from the church and pastor who is on the City council, I also emailed the media regarding the lack of transparency and how the city has allowed the landlord to get away with renting illegal units for the sake of money. I thought I had an attorney, and this attorney lied to me. All he cares about is money, not helping me. I have to miss work tomorrow to go to court. Knowing how this trial judge perverts her role and even if I give her city legal documents, she will not budge and will always take the side of evil, which is the landlords side. I don't have an attorney for tomorrow and I need a miracle. I need vindication, justice, my name cleared and protection in my finances. I may be getting a new job soon. I've exposed how government agencies lack in transparency and how they don't advocate for tenants, just landlords for the sake of money, which is greed. But as soon as I submitted this, my left foot started to itch alongside my left hand, though this may be related to my respiratory condition. In Jesus Christ mighty mighty name, I pray for vindication justice and protection in every area of my life, and for favor for tomorrow's trial, that the judge will humble herself and see her ways and how she's allowed a landlord to lie in court. I need this eviction overturned in my favor. In Jesus Christ mighty mighty name AMEN and AMEN!!

We hear your heart and we stand with you in prayer as you face this Attorney's Fees and Cost Trial tomorrow, and we thank you for calling upon the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that justice and mercy meet.

We understand the weight you are carrying, having to miss work, feeling abandoned by an attorney who you felt cared more for money than for truth, and feeling that the evidence you submitted, the Code Enforcement Violation Summary, clearly shows perjury and yet may be ignored. We know how exhausting it is to contend for truth when you feel the system is not transparent and favors greed. The Lord sees all of this and He is not indifferent to dishonesty or oppression.

The Word reminds us that the Lord hates lying lips, but those who deal truly are his delight, Proverbs 12:22, and that a false witness will not be unpunished, and he who pours out lies shall not go free, Proverbs 19:5. You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor, Exodus 20:16. We pray that every lie spoken under oath would be exposed by the light of truth, for God desires justice and He commands us to learn to do well, seek justice, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow, Isaiah 1:17. He will bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun, Psalm 37:6.

We also want to gently encourage you in love regarding how we speak about those in authority, even when we have been deeply hurt and disappointed by them. We hear your pain when you say the trial judge perverts her role and will always take the side of evil. We understand that frustration, yet Scripture calls us to honor those in authority while trusting God as the final Judge. Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God, Romans 13:1, and honor all men, love the brotherhood, fear God, honor the king, 1 Peter 2:17. We are also taught to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, Matthew 5:44, and to not avenge ourselves, but give place to God's wrath, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord, Romans 12:19. This does not mean we excuse corruption or do not advocate for truth, but we guard our own hearts from bitterness and slander so that our cause remains pure before the Lord, who is a God of faithfulness and without iniquity, just and right is he, Deuteronomy 32:4.

We also hear your concern about greed and transparency in the city and among landlords and attorneys. The love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, 1 Timothy 6:10, and God will hold accountable those who use their position for unjust gain. We pray for conviction and humility for all involved, including the judge, the landlord, the attorneys, and the city officials, that they would seek truth over profit.

We lift up your practical needs as well, your finances, your work you must miss, the possibility of a new job, and your health with the itching in your foot and hand and your respiratory condition. We pray for healing and peace over your body and for provision. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7. We pray for wisdom as you represent yourself tomorrow, for the Lord gives wisdom, and if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him, James 1:5.

We join together now in prayer.

Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace on behalf of our dear one who is burdened and weary. Lord, You see the documents submitted, You know what is true and what is false, and nothing is hidden from Your sight. We ask that You would let truth prevail in that courtroom tomorrow. Give this one clarity of mind, calmness of spirit, and words seasoned with grace and truth. Let favor rest upon them, not because of manipulation, but because You are a defender of the oppressed. We ask that You would humble every heart in that courtroom, including the judge, and lead her to judge righteously according to the evidence and the law, for You desire justice to roll down like waters. Vindicate where there has been false accusation, clear this name where it has been tarnished, and protect finances from unjust fees and costs. Be Jehovah Jireh, our provider, covering the loss of work and opening the door for the new job if it is Your will, for we know Your plans are to give a future and a hope, Jeremiah 29:11.

Lord, we pray for healing over the body, ease the itching and strengthen the lungs and respiratory system, and let Your peace guard against fear and sleeplessness. We pray that You would be a refuge and fortress, for he who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty, Psalm 91:1-2. We ask that You would work even through the appeals department, the city council, and even the media contact, that it would be used not for vengeance but for transparency and true reform that protects tenants and holds landlords to lawful standards.

Above all, let Your will be done, and let our friend rest in knowing that even if earthly justice fails, Your heavenly justice never fails, and You will right every wrong in Your perfect time. Judge us, Yahweh, according to Your righteousness, Psalm 35:24, and let Your name be glorified through this trial.

We entrust tomorrow into Your hands, asking for a miracle of peace, protection, and justice, in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior we pray, Amen.

We can hear how much is weighing on you going into tomorrow, missing work, walking into court without an attorney, carrying city documents you worked hard to gather, and wanting so badly for the truth to be seen and for your name and finances to be protected. It makes sense you feel worn out and on edge tonight, especially with a possible new job on the horizon.

We are standing with you in prayer for steadiness and clarity tomorrow. Whatever the judge decides, we are asking God to give you peace that holds, wisdom in how you speak, and protection over your work and finances in the days ahead.

For tonight and tomorrow, a few simple things may help you feel a little more grounded:

If you can, get your papers together in one folder with a couple of copies, write a short timeline of what you want the court to understand, plan to arrive early, and speak calmly and respectfully even when it feels frustrating. If you have not already, you might also ask the court clerk about any self-help or legal aid resources available locally for people appearing without counsel.

You mentioned itching in your foot and hand and a respiratory condition, alongside prayer, it is wise to let a medical professional know about those symptoms so they can check on you.

Father, in Jesus' name we lift this trial to You. You see every detail and every concern for work, finances, and health. Give our friend rest tonight, clear thought and calm words tomorrow, and guidance for next steps. Guard and provide in the days ahead and draw near with Your peace. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your trial tomorrow has been brought before the Lord, and your longing for truth to be seen and for justice to be done is heard by Him who judges righteously.

It is a heavy thing to stand without counsel before an earthly court, to feel that documents and truth have been set aside, and to carry the weight of work and wages and daily provision while you wait for a verdict. Scripture teaches us that trial is the Lord's fining pot which is never off the fire, and that it separates the precious from the vile. Wherever God appoints an extraordinary burden, He also appoints grace for it, and trial does not last forever. There is an until in every affliction, until the time that His word shall come.

You speak of perjury and of those who have not dealt truly with you, of a judge who you fear will not hear you. Remember how our Lord Himself stood before a court that had resolved to find Him guilty, where witnesses perjured themselves and forms of justice were kept while the spirit of justice was violated. He was meek under the blow and patient under false accusation, and He has left us an example that we should follow His steps. We are not to rail at justice, even when earthly justice fails, but to commit our cause to Him who judges justly.

There is another court, higher than any on earth, where justice has already been most fully vindicated. Not in the expulsion from Eden, nor in the drowning of Egypt, nor even in the endless punishment of the lost is justice so clearly seen as it is on the Cross. There the cloud of justice fell not upon you, but upon the Saviour's heart, and His blood has made it possible for God to be just and yet the justifier of him that believeth in Jesus. If you are in Christ, justice is no longer your accuser, for it has been satisfied by your Substitute. Go with Justice to Gethsemane and see that it has no claim against a repenting sinner who trusts in Him. This is your first and chief vindication, that your name is cleared in heaven through His righteousness, and no earthly record can add to or take from that.

This does not make earthly wrong right, and it is lawful to desire that truth be known and that what is false be exposed. Yet let your prayer be shaped by humility. The convinced sinner smites upon his breast and says, O sinner that I am, and confesses that if God should deal with him according to strict justice, he could not murmur. Ask the Lord to search your own heart first, to keep you from bitterness toward the judge and toward those who have wronged you, and to enable you to pray for them rather than to curse them. He is slow to anger, and His lictor carries the axe bound with rods, giving space for repentance. Vengeance belongs to Him.

Therefore I would entreat the Lord with you in this way, that He would cause truth to be manifest tomorrow, that any falsehood would be brought to light, that the court would act with impartiality and according to law, and that you would be kept in peace whatever the outcome. I pray that He would guard your finances, provide for your daily needs, open the right door for honest work if it be His will, and protect your health. For the itching and distress of body you mention, seek also wise medical care, and do not read it as a sign, but commit your body as well as your soul to His keeping.

Faith without trial is as a diamond uncut, its brilliance unseen. The trial of your faith, though painful, is precious, and God will give faith what faith needs. He tutored Joseph in prison that he might learn the prisoner's side and rule with understanding. So He may be tutoring you now.

May the Lord grant you quietness of spirit tonight, courage and clarity tomorrow, words seasoned with truth and meekness, and a heart that rests not in the verdict of man but in the finished work of Christ. If He vindicates you before men, give Him thanks. If He appoints further waiting, still trust Him, for He will in His time bring forth righteousness as the light.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ who bore our sins and satisfied Thy justice, look upon this Thy servant. Let truth prevail as Thou seest fit, keep this one from all evil, provide for every need, and let the deepest vindication be that of being found in Christ, forgiven and justified before Thy throne. Grant submission to Thy holy will, and let Thy name be honoured in this trial. Amen.
