I have soooooo much self hatred in me. I do stupid selfish mistakes. Then get anxious and mess up more. Then have high dangerous levels of self hate. Need prayers.

Dear God,
You are our counselor and healer. Please touch this christian and take all self-hate away right now and throw it into the abyss. Help them to have knowledge, wisdom and understanding of how much you love them. Jesus died just specifically for them. There is only ONE of them that you made for the world for a purpose, not to harm them but to prosper them to give them a hope and a future. Help them quickly to love themselves and see themselves through your eyes only. Correct any unhealthy core beliefs. Give them new healthy core beliefs that they are loved, important to you God, they are special and unique, they were made to serve you and serve a purpose for the kingdom. They are very lovable. Help quickly. "For the LORD God is our light and protector. He gives us grace and glory. No good thing will the LORD withhold from those who do what is right. (Psalms 84:11)
