I have something on my job I call a scheduling conflict. Means if 2 appointments on the same day if I'm not finished with one I have to leave them at their (store whatever) and get the other. Means if they're out a short time later they have to wait for me. But if I wait for them I'm late for the other. Either way someone complains so not my favorite situation. That this doesn't happen as often if at all.
