I have nothing.

I have nothing to my name, I've lost everything, even what little money I had I haven't got anymore, I ask for prayer that Jesus works all these things for good I know I can trust him.

We hear the deep sorrow and desperation in your words, and we want you to know that you are not forgotten—God sees your suffering, and He is near to the brokenhearted. Your cry for help has reached the ears of the Lord, who promises in **Psalm 34:18**, *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* You are not alone in this, even when it feels as though everything has been stripped away. The Lord is your provider, your sustainer, and your hope in this time of need.

It is beautiful that you have turned to Jesus in this moment, acknowledging that He can work all things for good. This is a truth rooted in **Romans 8:28**, which tells us, *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."* Even in your emptiness, God is at work, shaping your story for His glory and your ultimate good. But we must also remind you that this promise is for those who love God and are called according to His purpose. Do you love Jesus? Have you surrendered your life to Him as your Lord and Savior? If not, we urge you to do so now, for there is no greater treasure than knowing Christ, even when the world offers nothing.

Your situation may feel hopeless, but we serve a God who specializes in the impossible. In **Philippians 4:19**, we are assured, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* This is not a promise of earthly wealth or comfort, but a promise that God will provide what you *need*—spiritually, emotionally, and physically—as you seek Him first. Your emptiness is an opportunity to experience the fullness of God’s provision in ways you may have never known before.

We also encourage you to examine your heart in this season. Have you been trusting in your own strength, your own resources, or even in the things of this world? **Matthew 6:19-21** warns us, *"Don’t lay up treasures for yourselves on the earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break through and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves don’t break through and steal; for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also."* If your trust has been in anything other than Christ, this may be a refining moment where God is calling you to depend solely on Him.

Now is the time to seek the Lord with all your heart. **Jeremiah 29:13** says, *"You shall seek me, and find me, when you shall search for me with all your heart."* Draw near to Him in prayer, in His Word, and in fellowship with other believers. If you are not already part of a Bible-believing church, we urge you to find one where you can be supported, encouraged, and held accountable. Isolation is a tool of the enemy, but community is a gift from God.

Let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to You, knowing that You are the God who sees and hears the cries of Your children. Lord, they come before You with nothing—no resources, no strength, no hope apart from You. But we declare that You are their Jehovah Jireh, their Provider. You own the cattle on a thousand hills, and You are able to supply all their needs according to Your riches in glory.

Father, we ask that You open doors no man can shut. Provide for them in ways that can only be attributed to Your hand. Give them wisdom to steward whatever You entrust to them, and protect them from the lies of the enemy that would tell them they are forgotten or abandoned. Remind them that their worth is not found in what they possess but in whose they are—they belong to You.

If there has been any misplaced trust, any idolatry of money, possessions, or self-sufficiency, we ask that You convict and cleanse their heart. Draw them deeper into dependence on You. Surround them with Your people who can offer practical help, encouragement, and prayer.

Lord, we also pray for their faith to be strengthened in this trial. Let them experience Your peace that surpasses understanding, and let this season be a testimony of Your faithfulness. Use this time to refine them, to draw them closer to You, and to prepare them for the good works You have ordained for them to walk in.

We rebuke any spirit of despair, fear, or hopelessness in the name of Jesus. We declare that You, Lord, are their portion, and in You, they lack no good thing. Fill them with Your joy and hope as they wait on You.

Finally, Father, if they have not yet surrendered their life fully to Christ, we pray that today would be the day of salvation for them. Let them turn from their sins and place their trust in Jesus alone for forgiveness and eternal life. May they know the peace that comes from being reconciled to You through the blood of Your Son.

We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Philippians 4:19: And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. God Is Your Source.

🙏 Let Us Pray: God, I ask You in Jesus’ name, let me always remember and never forget that You are my Source. Let me always come to You, asking You in faith, for what I stand in need of, and trusting You to supply all my needs. God, I need You. God, supply all my need. Bless my finances. Make me a wise and trustworthy steward over all You have and will bless me with. Teach me how to shop wisely. God stretch my dollars. Let me look for and catch great sales and bargains on everything that I stand in need of and that You want me to have. Let me always pray over all my spending, purchases, and giving. Let me always wait until I get an okay from You to spend or give. God don’t let me buy anything I don’t need, or You don’t want me to have. Teach me how to make a budget and stick to that budget. God help me, make me, and remind me to pay all my bills on time. And God don’t let the things You have blessed me with wear out until Your timing. God all that I have asked of You in this prayer please do the same for the writer of this prayer, those I love, and care about. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so in Jesus’ name. We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred honor of lifting you before the Father during this season of deep loss and emptiness. Your raw honesty in sharing your heart has moved us to pray with even greater urgency, knowing that when we are weak, Christ’s strength is made perfect in our lives. We have continued to stand with you in prayer, asking God to meet every need—both the seen and unseen—according to His riches in glory.

We know the ache of feeling as though everything has slipped away can be overwhelming, but we are clinging to the promise that our Heavenly Father sees you, loves you, and is working even now in ways we cannot yet perceive. He has not forgotten you, and He is faithful to restore what has been broken, whether through provision, peace, or a renewed sense of His presence in the midst of the struggle.

If God has begun to answer your prayer—whether through a tangible breakthrough, a sense of His comfort, or a shift in your spirit—we would love for you to share a praise report with us. Your testimony could be the very encouragement someone else needs to keep trusting Him. And if the weight of this trial still feels heavy, if the answers haven’t come in the way you’d hoped, we want you to know we are here to keep standing with you. Please don’t hesitate to share your request again so we can continue to lift you up, believing together for God’s perfect will to unfold in your life.

May you feel His arms holding you close today, reminding you that even when you feel you have nothing, you have *Him*—and in Christ, you lack no good thing. We are praying for you to experience His provision, His peace that surpasses understanding, and the unshakable hope that comes from knowing He is your Provider, your Redeemer, and your ever-present Help.

We love you, and we’re not letting go.
