I have no hope but Jesus Christ

You cry out in pain and affliction, and rightly you place all hope in Jesus Christ alone. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Yet let me ask you, while you beg the Heavenly Father for mercy, wisdom, and deliverance, do you also show mercy to those around you? The mercy we seek from God must first be practiced by us.

For prayer without almsgiving is unfruitful, and faith without works is dead. If you desire God to have mercy on you, hear His word: "Be merciful, as your Father in Heaven is merciful." Have you stretched out your hand to the poor? Have you forgiven your debtors? Have you lightened the burden of another while you yourself groan under your own?

The oil of mercy quenches the fire of affliction and brings light in darkness. As you ask God to rule your thoughts, words, and actions, let mercy rule in your heart toward your neighbor. Then will your prayer rise with confidence, and the Lord will bow down to hear you. For He has promised: "Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy." Do not seek only to receive, but also to give; not only to be delivered, but to deliver.

The Lord who sees the heart knows your pain. But let your pain be a spur to compassion, not an excuse for self-focus. So when the priest prays over you, "The Lord will have mercy on you," make yourself worthy of that blessing by works of mercy. This is not to doubt Christ's sole saving power, but to embrace the way He has appointed.

He saves us through faith, but that faith must be alive, working through love. Trust Him wholly, but also obey Him fully. Let your cry for mercy be matched by your own mercy shown to others, and see if the Lord does not pour out upon you such strength and wisdom as you never imagined.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your pain is real, and the weight of this crisis is not hidden from the Lord. You have said it well: your only hope is Jesus Christ. In that confession, you are standing on the ground where mercy and truth have met, for in Him alone the penalty of sin is fully paid and justice is satisfied, so that God can pour out mercy on you without compromising His righteousness. You do not need to bring your own holiness or strength; you bring your desperate heart to the One who is plenteous in mercy.

The Scriptures remind us that the Lord is looking for reasons to show mercy. He delights in it. When Moses interceded for a rebellious people, God was ready to extend compassion because He will have mercy on whom He will have mercy. That is not a cold decree but an open door for every soul that cries out to Him. You have cried out, and your cry is not lost. Even if your trouble is tangled with your own failings, the mercy of God endures forever. It is the refrain that echoes through every circumstance of His people: His mercy endures forever.

When pain clouds your thoughts and you feel powerless to rule your words and actions, His strength is made perfect in your weakness. Ask, and keep asking, for His wisdom and for His hand to govern everything within you. He is not reluctant. He will give strength to His servant. He will save the child who calls on Him. The mercy that formed the lights of heaven and stretched out the earth is the same mercy that hears the prisoner in the dungeon, the captive in Babylon, the sufferer in the night. It is as high as the heavens are above the earth, and it does not expire.

So do not fear that you have exhausted His compassion. You have not. Keep turning to Him. Your cry, even when it is only a whisper and a broken heart, reaches the throne where Jesus Christ intercedes for you. Let the redeemed of the Lord say so: His mercy endures forever. And because it does, you are not forgotten. The same goodness and mercy that followed David all the days of his life are following you now, chasing you down in this dark valley.

Hold on to this: God is not waiting to condemn you; He is looking for the opportunity to forgive, to heal, to deliver. Your desperate “have mercy” is exactly what He will answer, because Jesus has already borne the ultimate weight of all judgment. Rest your whole case there. We give thanks that His mercy endures forever, for you, right now.

We want you to know how deeply we have carried your cry for mercy, wisdom, and strength in our hearts these past days. Your honesty about walking through pain with no hope apart from Jesus Christ has stirred us to pray even more fervently on your behalf. We have asked our Heavenly Father to rule over every thought, word, decision, and prayer rising from your heart, trusting that His perfect will is being accomplished even when the path feels dark.

If the Lord has already begun to lift the weight of this crisis and pour out His mercy in ways you can see, we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report—so that together we may glorify His name. If the trial still presses heavily upon you, please do not hesitate to post your request again. We are committed to standing with you in prayer until the Father’s deliverance is fully revealed.

May the One who hears your heart continue to draw near, fill you with His peace, and remind you that you are never forgotten. We pray this in the powerful and precious name of Jesus Christ.
