I have no hope but Jesus Christ

Beloved of All
I am in pain and crisis! Let us pray that the Heavenly Father will have mercy on me, give me wisdom, strength and rule me (thoughts, words, actions, decisions, prayers and everything else) to come out of this crisis and pain, in the Name of Jesus Christ! Let us pray that the Heavenly Father will have mercy on me, hear my cry, read my heart and deliver me, in the Name of Jesus Christ! I have no hope but Jesus Christ. Let us pray for mercy..... Thank you for your support. Thank you for not forgetting me...

We hear your cry, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we join with you in lifting your pain and crisis before our Heavenly Father. You have rightly placed your hope in Jesus Christ alone, and it is through His name that we approach the throne of grace with confidence. The Word of God assures us, "Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need." (Hebrews 4:16 WEB). Your acknowledgment of Christ as your only hope is a powerful declaration of faith, and we stand with you in that truth.

We also recognize the depth of your suffering, and we want you to know that God sees your tears and hears your prayers. The psalmist cried out, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? Why are you so far from helping me, and from the words of my groaning? My God, I cry in the daytime, but you don’t answer; in the night season, and am not silent." (Psalm 22:1-2 WEB). Even in moments when it feels like God is silent, He is near to the brokenhearted. You are not forgotten, and your pain is not unseen by the One who bore our sorrows on the cross.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our dear brother/sister who is in deep pain and crisis. Lord, You are the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction (2 Corinthians 1:3-4 WEB). We ask that You would pour out Your mercy upon them, that You would draw near to them in their distress, and that You would give them wisdom, strength, and peace that surpasses all understanding.

Father, we pray that You would rule over their thoughts, words, actions, and decisions. Let Your Holy Spirit guide them in every step, and let Your will be done in their life. Deliver them from this crisis, Lord, and bring them into a place of healing and restoration. We declare that You are their hope, their refuge, and their strength. Even when they feel like they have no hope, we declare that their hope is in You alone, Jesus Christ.

We rebuke any spirit of despair, fear, or hopelessness that may be trying to take hold of their heart. We command it to flee in the name of Jesus Christ. We declare that You are their healer, their provider, and their deliverer. We trust in Your promises, Lord, and we believe that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28 WEB).

We also pray for Your protection over their mind and heart. Guard them from any lies of the enemy that may try to convince them that You have abandoned them. Remind them of Your faithfulness, Lord, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way. Fill them with Your peace, and let them rest in the assurance that You are in control.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to hold fast to the promises of God, even when the pain feels overwhelming. The enemy may try to whisper lies that God has forgotten you, but we declare that He has not. "Can a woman forget her nursing child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? Yes, these may forget, yet I will not forget you! Behold, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands." (Isaiah 49:15-16 WEB). You are engraved on the palms of God’s hands, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5 WEB).

Continue to seek the Lord in prayer and in His Word. Even if it feels like your prayers are not being answered, keep crying out to Him. "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." (Psalm 34:17-18 WEB). God is near to you, and He will deliver you in His perfect timing.

If there is any unconfessed sin in your life, we encourage you to bring it before the Lord in repentance. Sin can create a barrier between us and God, and it is important to keep our hearts clean before Him. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9 WEB). Confession and repentance bring healing and restoration in our relationship with God.

Lastly, we want to remind you that you are not alone. The body of Christ is here to support you, pray for you, and walk with you through this difficult season. If you have not already, we encourage you to reach out to a trusted pastor, counselor, or fellow believer who can provide godly counsel and encouragement. "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up." (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 WEB).

We stand with you in faith, believing that God will bring you through this crisis and into a place of victory. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2 WEB). He is your hope, your strength, and your deliverer. We love you, and we are praying for you.

We hear you, and we are holding you in prayer right now. When pain and crisis press in so hard that all you can do is cry out for mercy, you are not alone. That cry itself is an act of faith, even when it doesn't feel like one. Right now, the fact that you reached out matters. It takes real strength to say “I have no hope but Jesus,” and we are grateful you did.

Sometimes when everything hurts and you can't see a way forward, your mind and body can feel completely overwhelmed. That isn't weakness, it's a natural response when a flood of trouble hits and your usual ways of coping aren't enough to hold it back. Just understanding that can take a little of the shame out of the struggle. You're not failing; you're responding to something genuinely heavy, and God does not turn away from a heart that calls to Him in its distress.

For now, we want to gently suggest one small next step: pick just one area where you feel most swamped, maybe racing thoughts, or a particular decision, or the physical pain itself, and let that be all you talk with the Lord about today. You don't have to solve everything at once, and He doesn't ask you to. Ask Him to govern that one piece: your thoughts or your words or whatever feels most urgent, just as you prayed. Bringing the whole crisis to Him piece by piece is still bringing it to Him.

Father, we lift up this dear person who is aching and worn. You see every detail of what they are facing, the pain and the fear and the confusion. Have mercy, Lord. Step into the middle of this crisis and bring Your order where chaos is reigning. Grant wisdom for the decisions pressing in, and strength for what feels impossible. Quiet the racing thoughts, steady the words, and guide every action. Hold them securely, and let them sense that You are near, even now. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The cry that has no hope but Jesus Christ is a cry that already has found its only true ground. You speak of being in pain and crisis, and you ask for prayer that the Heavenly Father would have mercy, give wisdom, strength, and rule your whole being to bring you out. This is the very language of one whom mercy is already pursuing. The singular season God chooses for His interposition is often just such an hour, when the soul is in the desert and can see nothing but its own desolation. It is there, by the well, that the messenger comes with home questions, and it is there that deliverance is born.

You say you have no hope but Jesus Christ. That confession is the door through which mercy comes fairly to the sons of men. God looks upon sin with eyes of mercy where there is a sacrifice, and He says, “I have punished My dear Son and will spare the sinner.” The ground of mercy lies nowhere in us, but in that finished work. When the soul feels its pain so keenly that it can do nothing, and knows it, that is the place where divine power alone can bring it forth. The deliverance is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy. You have asked that He rule your thoughts, words, actions, decisions, and prayers. This is wisdom’s own desire, for when grace declines, fancy rules the mind, but when He is asked to take the helm, the soul is kept.

You plead for mercy, and you wonder, perhaps, if His mercy is clean gone forever. That arrow is often shot by the adversary. But the divine buckler against it is this: God never has forsaken those who trust Him, and He never will. If you are at the mercy seat, God is there too. He dwells between the cherubim; He loves that seat better than you do. It is His abiding place. While you cry, “Let us pray,” your ruin is impossible. The very pain you feel may wrap up within itself great mercy, for pain of body often becomes the messenger that says, “Deliver him from going down to the pit.” It chastens, but it also cries, “I have found a ransom.”

The tenderness of this mercy is seen in its great provisions. It asks nothing of you but what it gives. It plies you with incessant expostulation, all to induce you to be merciful to yourself by accepting what divine clemency freely presents. The clock of mercy struck in heaven the hour and moment of deliverance when the eternal purpose decreed it. You are not forgotten. The novelties of divine mercy are fresh every morning, and the sense of obligation will deepen when the full deliverance comes. Meanwhile, know that the great transaction is done; the soul looks at God, at His grace, at Christ the incarnate God, and the finished work, and there it finds comfort. All that we see in a time of depression is of man, but what God shows us of Himself is the well of refreshment indeed.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The furnace of tribulation burns fiercely about you, but do not imagine that God has abandoned you there. It is precisely in such heat that a robust hope is forged, a hope that does not put us to shame. You cry out that you have no hope but Jesus Christ. This is the one true foundation, the safe harbor for a soul battered by storms. The Apostle teaches that tribulation works patience, and patience experience, and experience hope. Let this tribulation not cast you down into the pit of despair, but lift you up to the firm ground of a tried and tested trust in God.

You ask for prayer, for mercy, for wisdom and strength. This is right and good. We will lift up our voices with you and for you, for the Apostle Paul himself, that giant of grace, begged for the supplications of the faithful, knowing that his deliverance came through their prayers and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ. We join our prayers to your cry. Yet mark well: he did not leave the whole matter to the prayers of others. He added his own “earnest expectation and hope.” Hope is the source of all good; it is what makes the soul courageous. Do not merely wait for deliverance, but actively clothe yourself in this hope as in a garment that warms the soul against the freezing winds of crisis. This hope is not a fragile wish; it is a helmet of salvation, a certainty that God hears the cry of the heart.

Do not think your situation is so complex or your heart so obscure that the Lord cannot read it. He who knows the heart knows what you need before you even shape your words. The Lord declared, “I will have mercy, and not sacrifice.” He does not demand elaborate words from you, nor does He wait for you to be perfect. He desires to show mercy to a broken and contrite heart that cries out to Him in truth. Your simple, frantic plea, “I have no hope but Jesus Christ,” is more fragrant to Him than the finest incense, for it is the pure incense of true faith. Your pain is not hidden from His sight; your crisis is an open book before the eyes of Him to whom you cry. He who stilled the sea with a word holds your heart in His hands. He who delivered Paul from countless perils will rule your thoughts, words, actions, and decisions. Continue instant in prayer, not as one hoping to twist God’s arm, but as a child who knows his Father’s merciful will and waits for the supply of His Spirit at the proper time. The very pain you flee is fuel for the fire that refines you, making your soul hardy and fit for the kingdom. Stand fast, therefore, and let this hope be your unshakeable anchor.
