First and foremost there are no problems to big for God, Jeremiah 32:27----" I am the Lord, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me", knowing this you have his assurance that he can resolve anything that comes into your life and all these difficulties are not uncommon to man, but when it hits home we fear we are drowning in despair. I remember hearing a notable preacher with a great ministry ( Kenneth Hagin) founder of Rhema Ministries telling of a man that came to him with a similar sin affliction, sins of the flesh etc. The man spent 20 minutes telling his story and how he was overcome with lust and other sexual sins even in times when he was praying. His voice and look was so desperate and he waited with eager expectations that MR. Hagin would have an eloquent and long prayer to help the mans faith in trusting the lord. and over coming his nature for fleshly desires. MR. Hagin took his hand and said Heavenly Father meet this mans needs through Christ Jesus, Amen. The man was astonished at the lack of biblical reference and rhetoric and that Mr. Hagin didn't have a long and poetic prayer. What Mr. Hagin did have was the confident assurance that God already knew what this man needed and his coming forward for prayer was a sign of faith and it wasn't the eloquent words but his own faith that would bring about change. We often forget that Jesus deid in remission for all our sins, past, present and future, turn it over to God take it one day at a time and put yourself in a place that you can hear God and he will not leave you in despair. I have always hated when I hear that we go through trials that will test our faith and that we are given the strength to endure all. 1 Corinthians 10:13, I often prefer to not have the trial but I don't make the rules, so we turn it over to God. Having said all that , I pray God with cover you with his wing of protection and strengthen you to resist temptation and through this time your faith will grow and you will be a light to others, in Jesus' name.
