We take this seriously and want to stand with you in prayer and truth.

First, we must address the spiritual concerns you raised. The Bible tells us that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of darkness (Ephesians 6:12). However, we must also be careful not to attribute every struggle to spiritual attack without discernment. Physical ailments, including skin conditions, can have medical, hormonal, or environmental causes. We encourage you to seek godly medical advice from a healthcare professional who can help address the root of your acne, especially since it seems tied to your menstrual cycle. This is not a lack of faith, it is wisdom.

That said, we do believe in the power of prayer to bring healing, both physically and spiritually. We also rebuke any spirit of affliction or oppression that may be at work in your life, seeking to steal your joy, your hope, and your future. The enemy comes to kill, steal, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that any curse or assignment against your life is broken in the name of Jesus. You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and God has a good plan for your future, including the gift of children if that is His will for you.

We also want to gently address the mention of others trying to prevent you from having a baby. If there are people in your life who are speaking negativity or harm over you, we encourage you to guard your heart and your ears. Proverbs 18:21 says, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue," and we must not allow words of death to take root. Surround yourself with people who speak life, hope, and encouragement over you.

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear sister who is carrying a heavy burden. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch over her skin. You are the Great Physician, and nothing is too difficult for You. We pray that You would bring clarity to the root of this condition, whether it is hormonal, medical, or spiritual, and that You would guide her to the right solutions. We rebuke any spirit of affliction, infirmity, or oppression that may be at work in her life. We declare that she is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we ask for Your peace to guard her heart and mind (Philippians 4:7). Where there has been shame, embarrassment, or rejection because of her appearance, we pray that You would replace those feelings with Your love and acceptance. Help her to see herself as You see her, beautiful, valued, and deeply loved. We also pray for protection over her future. If it is Your will for her to marry and have children, we ask that You would open those doors in Your perfect timing. We break any curse or negative word spoken over her life, and we declare that her future is bright and filled with hope (Jeremiah 29:11).

Lord, we ask for wisdom for her as she seeks medical help. Guide her to the right doctors, treatments, and remedies that will bring healing. We also pray for strength and patience as she waits for Your breakthrough. Help her to trust in You with all her heart and not lean on her own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). May she find her worth and identity in You alone, knowing that she is fearfully and wonderfully made.

Finally, Father, we ask that You would surround her with godly community, people who will speak life over her, pray for her, and encourage her. Protect her from those who would speak negativity or harm into her life. We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already hers in Christ Jesus. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and to stand on His promises. Do not lose hope, for God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Your long affliction has been heard, and your sorrow for these three years past with pimples and dark spots and itching, especially in the season of your infirmity, is not hidden from the Lord. You have suffered much in your face and in your spirit, and you have been troubled by the words of others who tell you that this is a spiritual curse to keep you from bearing children in time to come. We would bring you to Him who alone has healing in His wings.

There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. It is written that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but His leaves, the little things as it were about Him, are full of healing virtue. These healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, for pardon and healing were one. So we would have you look first to the great Physician of soul and body, who came not so much to point out disease as to apply the remedy, and who still causes the Sun of Righteousness to arise with healing beneath His wings.

You must also labor to get rid of fear, for fear is weakening and fear dishonors God. The Lord says, Fear not, for I will help thee. Fear not, thou worm Jacob. It is not the preacher who cries Fear not, but Jesus Himself who whispers to His poor servant fallen as dead at His feet, Fear not. The fear of man brings a snare, and many feet have been tripped by it. Those voices that tell you that you are cursed and shall never bear children would keep you all your lifetime subject to bondage, but perfect love casts out fear, for fear has torment. Your fruitfulness is in the hand of the Lord who formed you, and no word spoken against you can stay His purpose. Look unto Jesus and let your eyes be always looking to Him, then the fear will vanish as faith grows stronger.

We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they urge us to seek a physician for our healing, and you do well to seek such help without delay. Ask the Lord to guide you to a faithful and skillful physician or surgeon who may examine your skin and your general health, for the Lord often works healing by means, and to neglect the means is not faith but presumption. At the same time seek the healing of the soul, which is the greater mercy, for when the Lord comes and dwells with His people they have no need to say, I am sick, because pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction.

Let us pray for you.

O Lord God, who forgives all our iniquities and heals all our diseases, look in mercy upon this daughter who has borne this affliction so long. Thou seest the pain and itching and the spots that mar her face, and the heaviness of heart that comes with it. Lay Thy pardoning and healing hand upon her. Forgive her sins through the precious blood of Christ and give her a new heart and a new spirit within. If it be Thy will, restore her skin and cool her flesh and take away this infirmity, and let the very leaves of the Tree of Life be for her healing. Remove far from her all tormenting fear and the false words that have troubled her concerning children to come. Put Thy fear in her heart that she may not depart from Thee, and put Thy peace there also, that she may rest in Thy promise, Fear not, for I am with thee. Be Thou her helper and keep her in perfect love. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who is our healing and our pardon. Amen.

Your request has been received with care, and your suffering over these three years is heard. Living with painful pimples, dark spots and itching, especially with the changes that come around your monthly cycle, is heavy to carry both physically and emotionally. It is understandable that you feel worried, and that words from others about spiritual causes and about your future ability to have children have added fear to your burden.

Please hear this with peace. In Jesus Christ you are loved and held, and no word spoken over you by others has more power than the power of Christ. The Bible teaches that our hope and our future are in the hands of God who made you and who cares for your body and soul. Fearful suggestions that you are cursed or that you will not be able to have children are not the voice of God. God does not want you to live in dread, but to live in trust in Him, seeking His mercy and His peace each day. Your worth and your future are not decided by this skin condition.

I want to pray for you, and also to encourage you to seek good medical care alongside prayer. What you describe, with flares and itching around your period, is common and often related to hormonal changes, and a doctor or dermatologist can help look at causes and gentle treatments, and help care for the dark spots and irritation. A trusted medical provider can also answer your questions about your health and fertility with clear information, which can help quiet fear. Try not to pick or squeeze the spots, keep the skin clean with gentle care, and bring all your concerns to a clinician you trust.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ I lift up this dear one to You. You see the pain, the discomfort, the itching and the marks left behind, and You see the discouragement after three years. Lord, have mercy and bring healing according to Your will. Calm the inflammation and irritation, guide the hands of doctors and nurses who may help, and grant wisdom for the right care.
