I have been struggling with body wide

I have been struggling with body wide muscle twitches for over 5 months. I have been to the doctor to check things out but cant seem to really find any answers as to why i am twitching other then it might be anxiety. Please pray that i receive healing from this twitches and that God reveals to me why i twitch. This is badly affecting me and im worried that it might be something serious. Please pray in Jesus name that he will take this away from me
