Heavenly Father,
We come before you on behalf of ###, who has been on a job without a clear career path for over a decade. We thank you for the ways you have helped ### acquire other degrees during this time. We now lift up the new job that ### has obtained, even though it comes with a lower pay.
Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in this situation. We pray that you would open doors of opportunity and advancement for ### in this new job. We ask for your favor to be upon ###, granting them wisdom, skill, and favor in their work. Lord, we believe that you are able to restore what has been lost and redeem the time that has been spent. We pray that you would accelerate ###'s progress and help them recover the past ten years in one day.
We declare your promises from Isaiah 61:7, which says, "Instead of your shame you will receive a double portion, and instead of disgrace you will rejoice in your inheritance. And so you will inherit a double portion in your land, and everlasting joy will be yours." We claim this promise for ###, believing that you are able to turn their situation around and bring forth abundance and fulfillment in their career.
Lord, we trust in your faithfulness and provision. We ask that you would guide ###'s steps, leading them to the right opportunities and connections. May they find fulfillment and purpose in their work, and may their financial needs be met abundantly.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
