I have been feeling very unconfident and useless lately. Lord, please help me to gain confidence in myself back. Please help me to be a good friend, student, and therapist and feel like I'm truly doing my best. Please Lord, help me to feel like my friends, family, supervisors, and professors genuinely like me and want me around. Ease this anxiety in my mind and heart, Lord. Thank you.
