Thank you everyone for praying. The situation has been far better over this weekend. He has moved their cages away from my home, further away in the yard and taking them out for exercise. I have also spoken to him. He is trying to give the dogs more time so they will not bark from boredom. I was even able to pat one of the dogs and make friends with it so he will be less likely to bark at me if he sees me. I am extremely grateful to The Lord Jesus Christ and everyone's prayers. I am keeping this situation in prayer that he will continue to increase their recreation and not resort to bark collars which I do not consider humane. Thank you everyone for your prayers.
