I have a problem. Out of desperation, because finances are going backwards, I signed with one of those house for cash places. Since signing, I realized certain things, plus these people have lied about everything. But a contract is like dictatorship, and so even with legal help it's an uphill battle. Would like to get out of my dealings with these people and retain the house. Amen. {And without being sued for breach of contract.}
