Lord, the ability to be intimate with our mate is so important to the health of our relationships. Lord, May he see that his supportive wife feels that intimacy with/without this current medical issue. If she didn't, he would sense her brokeness. Lord, so much of our relationship can be tied into our own insecurities. I pray for him not to doubt himself or his sexual relationship with his wife in any way. We pray a hedge of protection around their relationship, and around the sanctity of their marriage. By the blood of Jesus, Let know temptation enter into this marriage that would defile their covenant with God. Lord, give him the strength to discuss his worries with his loving wife so that they can grow even closer. Lord, may this trial be a testimony to their love for each other, may it bless other areas in their relationship, blossoming their love and faithfulness. There is truth in Jesus that sets us free from fear. Lord, may your Holy Spirit guide him in communicating with his wife. May your love and grace give him peace that passes understanding.
