Hey family.
I need prayer big time. I have this condition where I bottle in my emotions. Simply having emotions is uncomfortable to me due to trauma. But bottling them in is destructive. Please pray I can let them out through the Holy Spirit. And though the trauma has passed, I need to understand the sense of God's safety to open up again. All I have so far for God's safety is Psalm 91. Please pray I can let out my emotions and know I'm safe. Thank you so much, I need it.
