We are grateful for your request and we stand with you in prayer. We will pray for you and your student in the name of Jesus.
Let's first address your student's need for success in their exam.
We are reminded of what the Bible says:
If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. James 1:5 WEB
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your wisdom and guidance for this student. Help their mind to be clear and focused, grant their understanding of the material and recall of the information needed. Guide their thoughts and calm their heart. Lord, Your Word says You will give wisdom liberally, so we ask for a supernatural release of that wisdom upon their mind. In the name of Jesus, we declare success for this student and believe for a great outcome on their exam.
Now, regarding your request for the job announcement related to a government nursing position.
Colossians 3:23-24 says Whatever you may do, work at it wholeheartedly, as to the Lord, and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ.
Lord Jesus, we lift up this job opportunity and ask for Your favor. Guide the decision-makers and open the doors that need to be opened. Help them to see the talents, skills, and heart of this applicant. Lord, if this job is Your will for them, we ask that You would make a way and secure this position for them. Help them to trust in You and to work wholeheartedly, as unto You, no matter the outcome. We are also reminded of the parable of the vine in John 15:5-7
I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me, and I in him, the same bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing. If a man doesn't remain in me, he is thrown out as a branch, and is withered; and they gather them, throw them into the fire, and they are burned. If you remain in me, and my words remain in you, you will ask whatever you desire, and it will be done for you.
Finally, we thank you for acknowledging that all requests should be done in Jesus name. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. The Bible tells us in Acts 4:10-12
Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even in him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you the builders, which was made the head of the corner. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, wherein we must be saved!
In Jesus' name, we pray for both your requests. Amen.
