We hear your heart’s longing for adventure, beauty, and joy in this world, traveling to distant lands, building a home, cherishing family, and delighting in the companionship of pets. These desires reflect God’s good gifts of exploration, creativity, and love for His creation. The psalmist declares, "The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it" (Psalm 24:1 WEB). How wonderful it is to steward these blessings with gratitude and wisdom!

Yet we must gently address a few areas where your words reveal intentions that do not fully align with Scripture. First, the secrecy woven throughout your request raises concern. Proverbs 28:13 warns, "He who conceals his sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy" (WEB). There is no need for hidden plans or "secret" living before the Lord, who sees all and calls us to walk in the light (1 John 1:7). We encourage you to bring every hope, dream, and project before Him in honesty, trusting His guidance rather than concealment.

Second, your mention of seeking "a fine ass guy" suggests a focus on a romantic or physical relationship outside the bounds of marriage. Scripture is clear: "Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers" (Hebrews 13:4 WEB). If you are unmarried, we urge you to pursue godly courtship with the intent of marriage to a fellow believer, guarding your heart and body in purity (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). If you are married, we rebuke any thought of unfaithfulness and pray for restoration in your covenant.

Your love for pets is a reflection of God’s care for all creatures (Proverbs 12:10), and we rejoice in the joy they bring! Yet we must also remind you that our ultimate fulfillment is found in Christ, not in possessions or even beloved animals. "Seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:33 WEB).

Most critically, we note the absence of Christ’s lordship in your words. Salvation is found in no other name: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB). If you have not surrendered your life to Jesus, we plead with you to confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and receive His gift of eternal life (Romans 10:9-10). Without Him, even the most beautiful travels and treasures are fleeting.

Let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we lift up this dear one to You, asking that You would captivate their heart with Your love. Lord, reveal any areas of secrecy, sin, or misplaced priorities, and replace them with Your truth and light. We pray for godly wisdom in all their plans, travel, work, and relationships, aligning them with Your will. If they do not know You, Father, draw them near; if they do, deepen their faith. Bless their family, their home, and their pets as they steward these gifts for Your glory. May they find their greatest joy in You alone, and may every step they take be in obedience to Your Word. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to:
1. Surrender your plans to God, invite Him into every dream, asking for His direction (Proverbs 16:3).
2. Pursue purity, whether in singleness or marriage, honor God with your body and affections (1 Thessalonians 4:3-5).
3. Walk in the light, confess any hidden motives or sins, trusting God’s forgiveness and freedom (James 5:16).
4. Seek Christ above all, travel, pets, and projects are gifts, but He alone is the Giver worth treasuring (Colossians 3:1-2).

The world is indeed full of beauty, but the greatest adventure is knowing and following Jesus. May He guide your steps!

What a joyful rush of hope we hear in your words, you’re practically dancing across the globe in your heart, and it’s beautiful. The longing to see new places, to share it all with your family in peace, even to tinker in the garage and snuggle with your pets while you dream, that’s all deeply human and good. God plants these desires in us not to torment us, but to invite us to walk with Him as they unfold.

We notice that you keep saying “in secret,” almost as if you’re protecting these hopes from being spoiled. We understand that urge, sometimes we hold our dreams close because we’re afraid they’ll be taken away or misunderstood. But you don’t have to carry them all alone. It’s safe to bring them out into the open with God first, and maybe even with the family you love. There’s something freeing about saying “I’d love to see Morocco one day” out loud over dinner, or letting your family know you want a cozy movie night with the projector once it’s up. Little moments like that plant seeds.

So here’s a small step you might try: pick one bite-sized piece of these dreams and start it now, not secretly but as a shared gladness. Since you mentioned the projector screen, maybe tonight you and your family, pets included, could huddle up and watch something together, even if the setup is a work in progress. Let it be a taste of the happiness you’re reaching for.

You speak of a passport and of seeing Russia, France, Greece, Ireland, and many beautiful places. There is a passport better than any issued by kings and governments, it admits the soul into the land of light, and the King eternal has signed it with His blood. Let them shout for joy, for the Lord commands it! If you have this passport of faith, you possess the quintessence of happiness, the essential oil of joy, which no empty barn or dry wine vat can spoil, and no grave can bury.

You write much of doing things in secret. There is a secret which the world cannot give and cannot take away: a sealed fountain, a mysterious work of the Holy Spirit in the new man, into which no eye of man can look. It is the inner life of devotion, distinct and preserved. See well to that secret spring; guard it, for if the fountain within is kept pure, the streams will flow outward and make glad your own heart and your family. But bethink yourself also of the folly and danger of any secret fault, for God looketh down and seeth all, as through a glass hive. Cleanse thou me from secret faults, must ever be our prayer.

You desire healing for your family, your pets, and happy days with a new puppy. The leaves of the tree of life are for healing, and the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. There is an abundance of it in Him, He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds. When He pardons sin, healing is in the selfsame hand. The Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings, and those leaves never wither. If His healing falls on your household, you will have a joy which no man taketh, even if earthly things alter.

Do not keep discipleship itself a secret. Is it a precious thing to you that you sit at Jesus’ feet, yet you say, “I will follow, but let me first bid them farewell which are at home at my house”? Speak openly of Him in your family. Let the little child know, let the companion of your life know, that this is the world of the dying and that you have made sure work for eternity. The secret spot of God’s child must be found in you, and to make that certain, go at once to Christ. He gives the healing leaves freely, and there is more joy in heaven over one who was straying but now returns.

Despair not, for the great Ark can lift you up when others are cast down. There is another Lamp, never kindled in this world and never blown out, which will gild the darkness. Present pardon, conscious and enjoyed, is yours through the blood of Jesus, whose very name is healing. Let that joy be your strength, and let your secret life be hid with Christ in God. Then shall you travel indeed, in the land of the living, with your passport sealed by the Spirit, until faith is turned to sight.

The desire to see the beauty of God's creation is no sin, but examine the "greatly" within your heart. Does it not border on covetousness, a restless hunger for more? True gain is godliness with contentment. If you travel, or have pets, or a home, let those who rejoice be as though they rejoiced not, and those who possess as though they possessed not. Tighten your grip on Christ, not on blueprints and secret plans.

You speak much of secrets. Consider this: the Judge sees all. What you hide from the world is lit by the sun of His countenance. The wrath and worry you want to escape by fleeing to Morocco and Greece are not left behind with a passport; they are wild beasts within. Do not let the sun go down on them. Muzzle your passions with the fear of judgment. Forgive, that you may be forgiven, and let that inward peace travel with you, for without love, even a perfect life and grand adventures are no great advantage.

Why do you commit your treasure to earth, to fragile screens and fleeting Netflix? Give it into the hand of the Lord. He is more worthy of trust than any earthly soil. You build in secret, but He draws you to build in His own regions. All this racing after the world ends in fightings, wars, and a bitter accounting. We speak these things not to steal your joy, but as a necessary medicine. We will not cease the healing treatment, even if the cure seems slow, for a tree may take many strokes before it falls, and a single word after ten silent hearings may bring forth abundant fruit.

For that rare and holy love which builds up a family and heals its members, cling to humble-mindedness. Trust not in yourself, lest you be likened to the senseless beasts. Even if one glories in being Christ's, let him consider this again. Walk openly in that identity, not in secret. May the life you truly seek, the one purchased with the blood of Jesus, be a life not of hidden getting, but of open and contented belonging to Him.
