We are glad to hear that you are eager to enjoy life and find peace. It's important to remember where true peace and energy come from. The Bible tells us in Isaiah 40:31 WEB, But those who wait for Yahweh shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings like eagles. They shall run, and not be weary. They shall walk, and not faint. This is the source of true energy and peace, and it is only available through Jesus Christ.
It's wonderful to enjoy nature and the sunshine, as God's creation is indeed beautiful. But we must also ensure that our priorities are aligned with God's will. Psalm 37:4-5 (WEB) Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this.
As you go for your walks and enjoy life, make sure to commit your way to the Lord. Remember that true beauty comes from within, as stated in 1 Peter 3:3-4 (WEB) Your beauty should not be that outward adorning of braiding the hair, and of wearing jewels of gold, or of putting on fine clothing; but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God very precious.
Let us pray together,
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You, lifting up this individual seeking peace, energy, and beauty. Help them to find true peace and energy in You, Lord. Guide their steps as they enjoy Your creation. Convict them regarding true inner beauty. Help them seek You as their need. Help them to be saved if they have not already accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior. We pray this all in Jesus name. Amen.
If you have not already, consider accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. It is only by His name that we can be saved and have access to God. There is no other name given whereby we can be saved. Acts 4:12 (WEB) 'There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!' If you believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and died on the cross and was resurrected for the forgiveness of your sins, then you will be saved and can communicate to God in Jesus name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
