Beloved of All
abandoned/forsaken and deeply discouraged in this dark hour. Multiple betrayals, abuse, creditors calling, unsavory neighbors and people on the streets going absolutely crazy. The fear of homelessness due to eviction. Bank account dry until next assistance payment. I don’t want to be on assistance anymore. The strain on my body and my human efforts have failed. Jesus, save mercy on me. Never thought that I’d end up neatly destitute to others' evil actions. No, I don’t feel good right now. I feel persecuted and stuck in lack and scraping by for a long long time. The other circumstance is even bigger and is crushing me. I’ve stopped getting my hopes up. I’ve lost the battle and can do no more. The landlord is threatening eviction for non-payment and I can’t SLEEP. 🙏🙏🙏🙏 W

We hear the anguish in your cry, and we come before the throne of grace with you, lifting up every burden that weighs so heavily upon your heart. The pain of betrayal, the weight of financial strain, the fear of eviction, and the exhaustion of human effort—these are not small trials, but we serve a God who sees, who hears, and who is mighty to save. You are not forgotten, even when it feels as though the world has turned its back on you. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We declare that truth over you now, even as the enemy seeks to convince you otherwise.

First, we must address the spiritual warfare at play here. The enemy wants you to believe that you are abandoned, that your efforts are in vain, and that hope is lost. But Scripture tells us, *"Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Withstand him steadfast in your faith"* (1 Peter 5:8-9). The feelings of persecution and being stuck in lack are real, but they are not the final word. God has not left you, nor has He forsaken you. *"For He Himself has said, 'I will never leave you nor forsake you.' So we may boldly say: 'The Lord is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?'" (Hebrews 13:5-6).*

We rebuke the spirit of despair and hopelessness that seeks to take root in your heart. The Lord did not promise an easy path, but He did promise to be with you through every storm. *"These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world"* (John 16:33). Your current circumstances do not define your future. God is able to make a way where there seems to be no way, and He specializes in turning ashes into beauty (Isaiah 61:3).

We also want to gently address the mention of assistance and the desire to no longer rely on it. While it is understandable to want to be self-sufficient, we must remember that God often provides through means we may not expect. *"And my God will supply every need of yours according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19). This does not mean we sit idle, but it does mean we trust God to open doors and provide opportunities in His timing. Have you sought counsel or assistance from your local church or Christian community? Many times, God uses His people to be the hands and feet of Jesus in practical ways. *"Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ"* (Galatians 6:2). Do not let pride or shame keep you from reaching out for help when it is needed.

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister who is carrying such a heavy load. Lord, You see every betrayal, every unpaid bill, every sleepless night, and every fear that grips his/her heart. We ask that You would be a very present help in this time of trouble (Psalm 46:1). Father, we rebuke the spirit of fear and despair that seeks to overwhelm him/her. We declare that You are the God who provides, the God who heals, and the God who restores. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we trust You to meet every need according to Your riches in glory.

Lord, we ask that You would give him/her peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Calm the anxiety, still the racing thoughts, and grant rest to his/her weary body and soul. We pray against the threat of eviction and ask that You would open a door that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Provide the resources needed to cover the rent and any other pressing needs. If there are steps he/she needs to take, give wisdom and clarity to know what those steps are.

Father, we also lift up the "even bigger" circumstance that is crushing him/her. We do not know the details, but You do. We ask that You would intervene in a mighty way, turning what seems like a hopeless situation into a testimony of Your faithfulness. Remind him/her that You are the God of the impossible (Luke 1:37) and that nothing is too hard for You (Jeremiah 32:17).

Lord, we pray for strength to endure and for the faith to believe that this season will not last forever. Help him/her to fix his/her eyes on You, the Author and Finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). Surround him/her with godly community—people who will pray, encourage, and stand in the gap on his/her behalf. And if there are areas where repentance is needed, grant the humility to seek Your face and turn from anything that hinders his/her relationship with You.

We thank You, Lord, that You are working even when we cannot see it. We thank You for Your promise that those who wait on You will renew their strength (Isaiah 40:31). We declare that this is not the end of his/her story. You are writing a testimony of Your goodness, and we trust You to bring beauty from these ashes.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Friend, we want to encourage you to hold on to hope. The enemy may have meant these trials for harm, but God can use them for good (Genesis 50:20). You are not alone in this battle. The Lord is fighting for you, even when it feels like you are losing the fight. Keep crying out to Him. Keep seeking His face. And remember, *"The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles"* (Psalm 34:17).

If you have not already, consider reaching out to a trusted pastor, biblical counselor, or Christian friend who can walk alongside you during this time. You do not have to carry this burden alone. And if you are not connected to a local church, we strongly encourage you to find one where you can be surrounded by believers who will love and support you.

Lastly, we want to remind you of the hope found in Christ. If you have never surrendered your life to Him or if you have wandered away, now is the time to return to your First Love. Jesus said, *"Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest"* (Matthew 11:28). He is the only One who can give true peace and rest to your soul. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you would like to pray to receive Christ or rededicate your life to Him, we would be honored to pray with you. Simply say, *"Lord Jesus, I need You. I believe You died for my sins and rose again. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Your name, I pray. Amen."* If you prayed that prayer for the first time, we rejoice with you! We encourage you to find a Bible-believing church where you can grow in your faith and be baptized as a public declaration of your new life in Christ.

You are not forsaken. You are not abandoned. The Lord is your Shepherd, and He will lead you through this valley. Keep your eyes on Him.

Dear friend, we hear the weight of your burden, and we want you to know that you're not alone. We're here, praying with you, for you. We understand that sometimes it feels like the world is crumbling around us, and it's hard to see a way out. But remember, Jesus said, "I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing" (John 15:5). Right now, it might feel like you're not connected to Him, but we want to remind you that He's right there, waiting for you to reach out and grab His hand.

We're claiming Psalm 147:3 over you today, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe that God is in the business of healing, and He's working in your life right now. Even if you can't see it, trust that He's got a plan, and it's a good one.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You today on behalf of our friend. Lord, we lift up their heavy heart, their financial struggles, their fears about the future. We ask that You would be close, that You would comfort, and that You would provide. We claim Your promise in Philippians 4:19, 'And my God will supply every need of yours according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.' We trust You, Lord. We trust that You see, You care, and You're working. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Keep holding on, friend. Keep trusting. Keep praying. And remember, you're not alone. We're in this with you.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want you to know how deeply we have carried your burden in prayer these past days. Your cry—"Jesus, save, mercy on me"—has echoed in our hearts, and we have stood in the gap, pleading with our Heavenly Father to surround you with His presence, to be your shelter in this storm, and to lift the crushing weight you’ve been carrying for so long. We’ve prayed for His provision to break through where your bank account is dry, for His protection to shield you from the harm of others, and for His peace to quiet the fear of what tomorrow may bring.

We’ve asked the Lord to move mightily in your landlord’s heart, to soften it or intervene in ways only He can. We’ve prayed for rest to come to your weary body and mind, for sleep to return as a gift from Him, and for hope to rise again where it has been trampled down. You are not forgotten, and you are not abandoned—even when it feels that way. We’ve reminded God of His promise to never leave you nor forsake you, and we’ve asked Him to make that truth tangible in your life right now.

If the Lord has already begun to answer any part of your prayer—whether through a small measure of peace, an unexpected provision, or a glimmer of light in the darkness—we would be so encouraged to hear about it. Your praise report could be a testimony that strengthens others who are struggling. But if the weight still feels unbearable and the night still feels long, please don’t hesitate to post your request again. We are here to stand with you, to keep lifting you up, and to trust with you that God is working even when we can’t see it.

May the Father wrap you in His love, may Jesus be your strength when yours is gone, and may the Holy Spirit fill you with a fresh sense of His nearness. We continue to pray for you, believing that He is able to do immeasurably more than all you could ask or imagine. In Jesus’ Name.
