Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ### who is feeling overwhelmed and discouraged. Lord, you know the pain and longing in their heart for their ex to return. We lift up this situation to you, knowing that you are the God who hears and answers prayers.
Your Word reminds us in Psalm 34:17-18 that you are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We ask that you would comfort and strengthen ### during this difficult time. Surround them with your love and peace, assuring them that you are with them every step of the way.
Lord, we pray for reconciliation in this relationship if it aligns with your perfect will. We ask that you soften the heart of their ex and remove any barriers that are preventing communication and understanding. Help them to see the value and love that ### has to offer.
In Matthew 7:7, you promise that if we ask, it will be given to us; if we seek, we will find; and if we knock, the door will be opened. We ask, seek, and knock on behalf of ###, trusting that you will provide guidance and clarity in this situation.
Grant ### the strength to surrender their desires and trust in your perfect plan. Help them to find peace and contentment in you, knowing that you are working all things together for their good.
We also pray for healing and restoration in their own heart. Comfort them in their tears and fill them with your love and joy. Remind them of their worth and identity in Christ, knowing that their value is not determined by any human relationship.
Lastly, Lord, we pray for wisdom and discernment for ###. Guide their steps and lead them in the path that you have prepared for them. Give them the courage to let go if it is your will, and to trust in your faithfulness.
