I Feel Guilty

I m praying because I still feel guilty because of things I said to a friend even if he has forgiven me already 

I m always regretting the past and not able to think about something else and  I m afraid to commit the same mistakes again

LOOK WHAT HAPPENED TO LOT'S WIFE WHEN SHE DID SO -- SHE TURNED INTO A PILLAR OF SALT. ALSO, DON'T WORRY SO MUCH ABOUT MAKING THE SAME MISTAKES OVER AND OVER. MISTAKES ARE TO LEARN FROM. AND IF PERCHANCE YOU MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE OR OTHER MISTAKES, JUST PICK YOURSELF UP AND START ALL OVER AGAIN. PRAY TO GOD FOR FORGIVENESS WHEN APPLICABLE.
