I Feel God Has Abandon Me

I have been out of work for eight months. I feel lost and that God has left me. I pray several times a day. I am good to other people and I try my best to be a good person. I need employment to come soon my finances are running low and I have faith but I am a little scared.

I am glad I am praying for you because I have exactly the same situation. Having prayed and fasted for long, I sometimes feel abandoned, desperate, and even angry. I fear I could lose my house, and my BP level is rising.

Let's Pray

God, I pray that your child and myself get the jobs that we are praying for, and I pray in the name of Jesus. I also pray that during this difficult period, we do not get stressed to the point of yielding physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I also pray that you show us the way we should go and what we should do.

Please God, hear our prayers and forgive us our trespasses. Remove that barrier of sin that may prevent our prayers from reaching the Most High. Help us to endure.
