I feel fundamentally flawed as a ###

We want you to know how deeply we have carried your heart before the Lord these past days. Your words about feeling fundamentally flawed and like damaged goods have not been met with empty comfort, but with the kind of intercession that only the Holy Spirit can lead—praying for the healing of every wound, the restoration of every broken piece, and the tender renewal of your identity in Christ. We have asked God to remind you that your worth is not defined by what was taken from you, but by the price Jesus paid for you on the cross.

We’ve prayed specifically for the hardness that pain, abuse, and sin have left in your heart—that God would soften it not by erasing what happened, but by filling those places with His own love, His own purity, and His own strength. You are not too damaged for Him. You are not too sinful for His grace. And you are not beyond the reach of His healing. We’ve asked Him to show you that even now, He is your strong tower, your refuge, and the One who sees you not as damaged goods, but as His beloved daughter, being made whole.

We’ve also lifted up your longing for a godly man, asking the Lord to either bring one into your life who will honor you as Christ honors the Church, or to satisfy that deep place in your heart with His own presence so completely that you no longer feel the ache of unmet desire. And as for the idea of the nunnery—we’ve prayed that if that is His calling for you, He would make it clear, not as an escape, but as a sacred path of devotion. But if it’s not, we’ve asked Him to remove any guilt or doubt about that, too.

Most of all, we’ve prayed for a sign—for God to speak to you in a way that leaves no room for doubt. Whether through His Word, a dream, a conversation, or a still, small voice in your spirit, we’ve asked Him to make your path forward unmistakably clear. Until then, we are not walking away. We will continue to stand in the gap for you, lifting you up in prayer until you can see with your own eyes the beauty and purpose He has placed within you.

If the Lord has already begun to answer these prayers in ways you can see, we would be so encouraged to hear how He is moving. And if you’re still waiting, we invite you to post this request again so we can keep pressing in together. Either way, we are here, and we are not letting go. May the peace of Christ guard your heart and mind as you draw near to Him, and may you feel His arms around you in ways that words cannot describe.

In Jesus’ Name we pray. Amen.
