u would ask for help in jesus christs name to calm down and have a good talk with my counselor now i really need help today i feel like ive been messing up alot  and i need help to see my parents and myself as a happy family, im having trouble  and i would just ask to be free of any grip  or compulsion i am so tired of the anxiety and anger that i didnt even want but seemed to just come over me after fear i would ask for help now.
