Dearest Our God cares about us, No matter what is happening in our lives. He will not forsake you. John 3: 16: Deuteronomy 3:22. As your sister in Christ I might not know the extent of what your are going through but coming to the extent of questioning if God cares I know you are going through a lot and you are hurting. But dont give a chance for the devil to torment you with lies.
I ask for Mercy from the Lord Jesus to come upon you and May God hear your cry and answer your prayers.
